My current research focuses on exploring the properties of nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond nanoparticles in the presence of magnetic fields and temperature gradients. Using an optical tweezers apparatus we have the ability to fully control the position of the diamond nanoparticles inside a microfluidics channel and map three-dimensional systems.
